Hey guys, I am a teen blogger from India and I make blogs on hot topics going all over the world. So please do see my blog site & share this if you find this informative and interesting.
Imagine how it will feel by simulating your mind into thinking that you can get out of your body and roam around in the world and making it feel real? Imagine flying across the world and then getting back into reality in just a fraction of a second. Imagine getting this feel real.
Some of you who came here to read this blog might be familiar with the term Astral Projection. Yes, it is a little bit similar to that astral projection that Stephen Strange did in the movie Doctor Strange by MCU. But as I said, it is only similar to this real world projection by very little similarities. Of course, they added some more extra features like Dr. Strange entrying in the Earth Realm, while in the astral realm, during his friend did his treatment after got hit with a blade like structure by the enemies.
Now what is astral projection? Of course you don't literally get out of your body. That is just another thing on a whole different level, and here we are talking about astral projection. In the term astral projection, 'projection' means to just to believe what is going to happen in future, so you project. In simple words, astral projection is a high state of meditation, where you meditate for like hours, say 2-4 or so (yes that much) and you start to get hallucination that you are out of your body and roaming around and it feels so real.
Firstly, I would recommend you to first to start having lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is the state where you are aware that you are dreaming and you are able to 'wake up' in your dream and you are able to roam freely in your dream and its feels as if you are awake.
This thing is scientifically proven as when some USA scientist opted two people, in which one of them claimed to be having lucid dream and the other was just a normal person who didn't knew what was it. After connecting all the wires and other things so that they can detect what happens when they dream and they found out that the person who claims to be having lucid dream, had both conscious & subconsious mind active while dreaming and as for the other, only subconcsious mind was active which was normal for a human being. So to know how to lucid dream, as you have to do it before trying astral projection because it is kind of its next level. To know how to go lucid, check out the blog I made on it HERE.
Now after getting to know what this term astral projection means, we will move forward to the second step, which is balancing our chakras.
What you saw above is the position of chakras, the natural power source present in our body. These chakras have there own respective roles in our day to day life. Balancing our chakras is a really good thing to do and even if you don't want to do astral projection or came here for just extra knowledge, even than I would recommend you to learn how to balance our chakras as this will help us in our daily life and will make us know ourselves know spiritually and know about the things we didn't knew about consciously. Now balancing chakras task is needed to be done in a very careful way.
Now, I know I might be telling you to do more things first before doing astral projection, and I know this can be a little bit annoying, but I am asking you to do this through my personal experience, reviewing my personal mistakes and of course after doing a little bit of research. So yeah, you need to know how to meditate properly first, then you have to learn how to balance your chakras. By doing all this first, things will go so smoothly that you can't imagine of, without any flaws in between. So to learn how to meditate properly, click HERE. If you are confident or meditating on regular basis and after practicing it, click HERE to learn how to balance and manifest you chakras.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BEFORE DOING ASTRAL PROJECTION:
- Now there are a few things you need to know about going in the astral realm. Some of you might have read on internet or may have heard this from your friends about the 'dangers of astral projection'. Now, as I am a straight forward person, which is a really bad habit of mine sometimes, I will be honest with you about this topic though. As some people claim about this 'dangers of astral projection', they are just beliefs made by human beings. Remember, astral projection is also not a real thing and it is just the next stage of meditation where you enter in the third realm, which is the Astral Realm and it is normal for all meditating fellas all over the world who take meditation seriously.
Now, to have a successful and tension-free astral projection, you are not supposed to think about this 'dangers' and be positive and relax. And even then you are not convinced, before going astral, think of a protective shield over you before trying the technique given below.
CONCLUSION: THINK POSITIVE!!!
ROPE TECHNIQUE FOR ASTRAL PROJECTION:
- This is one of the easiest techniques, beginner's friendly and is really good to get a start with. Follow the step carefully and wisely:
STEP-1: LIE ON THE BACK IN YOUR BED & RELAX.
- You need to fully relax your body, be stress free, get rid of all the random thoughts coming in your mind and just stay still.
STEP-2: GOING IN THE NEAR SLEEP STATE BUT NOT SLEEPING
- Now hold on. I know this sub-heading was not clear to you but let me explain this first. So basically, you are just lying down on your bed completely relaxed and your eyes are covered with complete darkness. By this you will come in REM-1 stage which is the first stage of your sleep cycle and your body muscles start to getting relaxed. Now what you have to do is MAINTAIN THIS SENSATION and try your best not to fall asleep. At starting, you MIGHT fall asleep, and that is a really big MIGHT, and even if this happens, practise. As it is said, PRACTISE MAKES A MAN PERFECT. So try to maintain this feeling.
STEP-3: THE VIBRATION STATE.
- This is a really common state while doing Astral Projection. But it is quite hard to explain this vibration state in textual form. It is like a feeling of being weightless, a little bit tingling with a substance. Using will power, you can overcome this stage.
Consider this state as milestone or checkpoint. If you are able to come at this stage in your first try, consider yourself lucky and proceed to the next step.
STEP-4: IMAGINE THE ROPE.
-You should now imagine a rope, suspended from the ceiling, with the end of the rope dangling a few inches above your head.
Spend some time imagining it, and making it as realistic as possible. Visualise its weight, texture, movement. Is it heavy, light, rough, smooth, moving with the breeze or still?
STEP-5: ATTEMPT TO GRAB THE ROPE WITH ONE HAND.
-When you are comfortable, reach out with an imaginary arm and grasp the rope. If this is your first time, do not attempt anything else. You should feel the texture on your imaginary hand.
Try with your second hand if you wish. I wouldn’t recommend pulling your entire body out yet, but if you feel comfortable, by all means give it a go.
STEP-6: ATTEMPT TO PULL YOURSELF UP
-Imagine your other hand coming up, and grasping the rope tightly. When you are ready and exercising a lot of willpower, imagine yourself pulling your imaginary body up, and out of your physical body.
These things are very hard to explain in text, but when you are there, it will feel natural!
So that is it for today's blog guys. I hope it was helpful for you. Keep trying. Even if you fail at it in the first try, consider that as a token to learn from your mistakes. Let me know in the comments how you felt.
THANKS FOR READING. PLEASE SHARE IF HELPFUL.
